Terms & Conditions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Access to and use of the btebdt platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and use btebdt, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is not prohibited by applicable law.
• Be acting on your own behalf as an individual — not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• Not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order on btebdt or any other gaming platform with which btebdt has a data-sharing arrangement.
• Not have had a previous btebdt account closed or suspended for misconduct, fraud, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

2.2 Age Verification

btebdt reserves the right to carry out age and identity verification checks at any point — including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any time a verification requirement is triggered by platform monitoring systems. Until verification is successfully completed, btebdt may place a temporary restriction on withdrawals. Deposits and gameplay may continue during a pending verification, but all associated winnings will be held until KYC is satisfactorily passed.

Acceptable documents for age verification include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or any government-issued photographic identification document that clearly shows your date of birth. Documents must be current, legible, and unaltered.

2.3 Single Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold a maximum of one registered account on btebdt at any one time. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses.

To access the full range of btebdt services — including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals — you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge and available to all eligible players as defined in Section 2 of these Terms & Conditions.

3.1 Registration Process

During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile telephone number, and preferred payment method details. You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent update is truthful and not misleading. btebdt reserves the right to close any account where registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or unverifiable.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. btebdt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify btebdt's support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. btebdt may temporarily suspend your account pending an investigation into any reported or suspected unauthorised access.

3.3 Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to keep your registered account information current and accurate at all times. If your contact details, payment method, or personal information changes, you must update your account promptly via the account settings panel. btebdt uses the contact details on file for all communications, including security alerts, bonus notifications, and responsible gaming correspondence. Outdated contact details may result in delays in processing withdrawals or communicating important account notices.

All financial transactions on btebdt are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). btebdt does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. There are no foreign exchange fees or currency conversion markups applied at any stage of the payment process.

4.1 Deposit Methods

btebdt supports the following deposit channels, all processed in BDT:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — instant processing, minimum deposit ৳500.
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — standard bank processing times apply (typically 1–3 business hours during BST banking hours).
• Card Payments: Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Bangladeshi banks — subject to individual bank authorisation limits.

btebdt does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the return of funds and potential account review.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements being active. btebdt targets a withdrawal processing time of within 24 hours for verified accounts using mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.

btebdt reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 days of the request may result in the withdrawal being cancelled and returned to the account balance.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The following standard transaction limits apply across all payment methods unless otherwise stated in individual payment method terms or promotional terms:

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

btebdt is committed to preventing its platform from being used for money laundering or any other financial crime. btebdt monitors all transactions for suspicious patterns and reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any transaction that triggers anti-money laundering checks. Where required, btebdt will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities. Winnings derived from criminal activity will not be paid out under any circumstances.

btebdt offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between the general bonus terms and the specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed KYC verification, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. btebdt reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse, where a player has previously breached these Terms & Conditions, or where eligibility criteria specific to that promotion are not met.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on btebdt are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be made. Wagering requirements for each bonus are stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. The standard wagering requirement on btebdt is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.

Wagers placed on different game types may contribute differently towards meeting a wagering requirement. As a general guide:

• Slots: 100% contribution towards wagering requirements.
• Arcade Games: 100% contribution towards wagering requirements.
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10% contribution towards wagering requirements.
• Sports Betting (Cricket, Football, etc.): 100% contribution for single bets with odds of 1.50 or higher; accumulator contributions vary — see individual promotion terms.

Game contributions are subject to change. Players are advised to check the current contribution rates in the Promotions section of their account before wagering bonus funds.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

btebdt takes bonus abuse seriously. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using technical exploits to circumvent wagering requirements; placing opposing bets (also known as "bonus hunting") to neutralise wagering risk; and colluding with other players to share or multiply bonus value. btebdt reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses on btebdt carry an expiry date. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonuses and any associated winnings that have not been claimed or wagered within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited will be automatically removed from the player's account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

btebdt is committed to offering a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming experience to every player. The following rules govern conduct during gameplay across all game categories available on the platform.

6.1 Game Integrity

All RNG-based games (slots, arcade, Fortune Gems) on btebdt use certified random number generators. The RNG certification means that every spin, card draw, or game outcome is statistically independent of previous outcomes and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including btebdt itself. Live dealer games provided by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live operate under those providers' own independent oversight and testing frameworks.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game — including server disconnections, software errors, or communication failures — btebdt reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return any staked amounts to the relevant player accounts. Bets voided due to technical malfunction will not be paid out, regardless of the apparent outcome displayed to the player at the time of the fault. btebdt's decision in respect of technical malfunction voids is final.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Cricket and other sports betting markets on btebdt are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published in the Sportsbook section:

• All bets are settled based on the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures, the ICC for international events).
• btebdt reserves the right to suspend markets at any time prior to settlement where integrity concerns arise.
• In-play bets accepted after an event-defining incident (e.g., a wicket falling) will be voided if it is determined that the bet was placed with knowledge of the outcome.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per player may apply and will be communicated in the sportsbook terms.

6.4 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on btebdt and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage — whether or not the bug was discovered accidentally.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including chip-dumping in poker formats or coordinated betting to manipulate outcome statistics.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any game software, RNG system, or platform code.
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions, account locks, or self-exclusion orders.

btebdt takes its duty of care to players seriously. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity — not a source of financial or emotional distress. The following responsible gaming provisions are embedded in these Terms & Conditions as binding commitments from btebdt to every registered player.

7.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

All registered players may activate the following tools at any time via their account dashboard or by contacting the support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your btebdt account. Deposit limits take effect immediately upon activation and can be reduced at any time. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total net losses you can sustain within a defined period. Loss limits are calculated in real time and enforced automatically by the platform.
• Session Time Reminders: Schedule automatic alerts at 30, 60, or 90-minute intervals to remind you of elapsed playing time and money spent during a session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your account remains accessible for withdrawal purposes during a cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a minimum 6-month self-exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period. Players seeking self-exclusion should contact the support team directly at [email protected] or via the 24/7 live chat.

7.2 Problem Gambling Awareness

If you are concerned that gambling may be having a negative effect on your finances, relationships, or mental health, btebdt strongly encourages you to make use of the responsible gaming tools described above and to seek professional support. Signs that gambling may be becoming a problem include: chasing losses; spending more than you can afford; neglecting personal or professional responsibilities to gamble; borrowing money to fund gambling; and feeling anxious, irritable, or preoccupied with gambling.

btebdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account under the circumstances described in this section. Account actions of this nature are not taken lightly and are carried out in accordance with a consistent internal review process.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

btebdt may suspend or close an account where:

• The player is found to be under 18 years of age or has provided false age or identity information during registration or KYC.
• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime involving the account.
• The player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including prohibited conduct under Section 6.4.
• The player has registered multiple accounts in contravention of Section 3.
• The account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or gameplay) for a continuous period of 12 months.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder or a verified third party acting on their behalf.
• btebdt is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or a court order.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your btebdt account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected] or via the 24/7 live chat. Before an account is closed at the player's request, any remaining balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements) will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of an account — whether initiated by btebdt or by the player — all unused bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits are immediately forfeited. Any winnings derived from bonus funds where wagering requirements had not been met at the time of closure are also forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

8.4 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the btebdt platform, btebdt's customer support team is your first point of contact and will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support channel, both parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith negotiation before any other avenue is considered.
